Hourly & day bookings
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before start time. Inside 2 hours, 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
Memberships
Pro-rated refund within 7 days of first charge. After 7 days, unused months on annual plans are refunded on cancellation.
Meeting rooms & events
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before; 50% refund inside 24 hours.
